Residential Panel Upgrade

Challenge: Home with a 60-amp fuse panel and frequent trips when running modern appliances.

Solution: Performed load calculation, permitted service upgrade to 200 amps, installed new service panel, relocated meter, and labeled all circuits. Outcome: Restored safe operation and capacity for EV charger. The gallery shows before/after images and clean meter coordination.

Tesla Wall Connector Installation

Challenge: Limited panel space and shared parking.

Solution: Installed a subpanel in the garage, ran a dedicated circuit with correct conduit, mounted a Tesla Wall Connector, and coordinated shared parking access with property manager. Outcome: Efficient home charging without overloading the main service.

Emergency Repair

Challenge: Sparking outlets and partial power loss in multiple units.

Solution: Emergency stabilization, replaced faulty breakers, repaired damaged feeder conductors, and coordinated inspections. Outcome: Restored safe power for tenants and permanent repair plan implemented. Gallery includes photos documenting the emergency stabilization and safe work zone.

Commercial Lighting Retrofit

Challenge: High-energy consumption and poor lighting quality.

Solution: Replaced fluorescent fixtures with LED high-efficiency fixtures and installed occupancy sensors. Outcome: Reduced energy costs and improved ambience for customers. Images show clean fixture installs and conduit runs to the new drivers.
